Lost & Found

All Wood Oaks lost and found items are now in our main hallway. Students should be collecting any items that are theirs by May 28. All items after May 28 will be donated to charity. Parents can check the lost and found between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm during the school week. 

Graduation Gowns

Graduation gowns and ribbons were given out on Saturday, May 16. If you were unable to pick up your child’s gown, please stop by the Wood Oaks office. Any remaining gowns will be given to the student on Friday, May 29. 

Graduation

Wood Oaks Class of 2026 will graduate on Monday, June 1, at the Center for Performing Arts at Glenbrook North High School. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. Graduates need to be at GBN by 4:30 pm. The ceremony will last approximately an hour. We ask that families do their best to leave after the ceremony to make parking available to the next graduation, which follows shortly after ours. 

Chromebook Collection

All students will return their Chromebooks, chargers, and bags before the last day of school. Please make sure your child has all three items ready to turn in. Students in 8th grade will return their items on May 29, while 6th and 7th-grade students will return their Chromebooks, chargers, and bags on June 2. 

Final Report Cards

All parents will receive an email on June 4th at 4 pm with a link to your child’s final report card. Please download the document for your records. 

Wood Oaks Last Day of School Hours

Wood Oaks will have attendance hours on June 4th between 8 am and 11 am. Students who ride the bus should be at their bus stops about 15 minutes earlier than normal. All students will be dismissed at 11 am. We will not have additional activity buses. Our office will be closed at 3:30 pm on June 4, 2026.
